Re: Survivor

I wanted Yau to win, I'm so bummed!

I think it's sickening that Dreamz was going on and on about showing his kids that he is a man of his word, wanting to set a proper example for them. But then it's, "Oh...I didn't realize THREE of us got to go before the jury for the chance at the million!" Like he even had a chance of winning it anyway. I don't believe him when he says he was playing the game the whole time and never planned to give Yau immunity. He had planned to up until he realized that if he kept it, he would automatically be put in a position where he could possibly be handed a million dollars, as opposed to still having to fight to be in the final two.

Would I have given up immunity if I was in Dreamz's position? Wouldn't be an issue for me, I would have never accepted the deal. You're in a competition for a million dollars, and you're willing to settle for a truck? No, thanks. I wouldn't want that big of a debt to another player.

My heart broke for Yau, but I thought he was very kind to Dreamz then...telling him to enjoy the truck and not feel bad. Whether or not Yau truly meant that, it was still an admirable way to handle what had happened.

I felt a lot of anger towards Earl for voting Yau out...but that was really the only thing Earl did all season that I didn't like. He also would have been sealing his own fate by allowing Yau to stay though, so I can't say I blame him. If it couldn't be Yau, I'm glad it was Earl.

Re: Survivor

Dreamz is a punk for not honoring his deal with Yau Man.

What I always found funny was that whenever Yau Man spoke of the deal he always sounded so confident (like it was guaranteed) that Dreamz was going to win the Immunity Challenge when there was 4 people left.

I kept saying to my wife, "I can't wait for the Dreamz automatically wins Immunity, Immunity Challenge. Jeff walks up and says, 'if your name is Dreamz with a Z you win immunity'".

Oh well, out of the final 3 Earl deserved to win the most and the jury's voting backed that up 9-0.

Re: Survivor

Cassandra was very lucky to make it to the final three, she aligned herself with good people. It's hard to fault somebody's strategy when they did end up making it to the final three, but I still think that the million should go to somebody who put more effort into the game. Out of those three, Earl definitely deserved it, no doubt about it.

Re: Survivor

I was extremly sad that Yau did not win. I am not suprised Earl got all 9 votes--look who they had to pick from. Earl was most deserving of winning the 1 million second to Yau. I knew Dreamz would not honor his deal. He is a liar and a cheat. Yau-man is a very nice man, he played the game truthfully and strongly. He certainly suprised me with his strength and determination. He will be on the all-stars edition, you can bet on it. Brianna
