Raise the temp on your heater 1 degree an hour until it's about 80 degrees F. And buy some good Ich medication and use as directed. Turning lights off may help reduce stress on your fish as well. I'm currently battling it myself.
Raise your water temp up to 80F and leave it for 14 days. If your treating loaches or a tank with loaches or catfish of anykind in it the raised temp for 14 days will do the job, they are so sensitive to medications. Most fish will respond positively to this treatment.
