| Re: Can someone explain paypal account please You have to have a bank account. when I use paypal I use my debit card then the money for what I'm buying (like aquabid. or from individuals) is then taken from my account and put in their paypal account and from there into their bank.
To my knowledge you can't use the refillable cards to do paypal.

I have a Paypal account and I use my reloadable MasterCard. That's how I pay for stuff on Aquabid and eBay. You don't need a back account. |

| Re: Can someone explain paypal account please awesome thanks, so when somebody sends you money it goes to your card and it's best just to leave it on the card right, not have it transfered to your bank account then right?
will have to get my mom to get me one of these |

| Re: Can someone explain paypal account please No, when someone sends you money to your Paypal account it stays in your Paypal account, it does not go into your reloadable card. When you send money with your Paypal account the money is taken from the Paypal account first until the account reaches zero, at that point it takes it from your reloadable card. The only way to turn your Paypal money into cash is sending a Paypal check to yourself. |

| Re: Can someone explain paypal account please O ok, do you need a card to register a paypal account? How do you go about sending a paypal check to yourself?
Sorry for the questions I'm new to this, you don't have to answer them if you don't want to. |

| Refillable credit cards all info please so I can buy stuff online, thanks http://www.usa.visa.com/personal/cards/prepaid/reloadable_prepaid_card.html?it=c|%2Fpersonal%2Fca rds%2Findex%2Ehtml|Visa%20Reloadable%20Card My drugstore has those and a few others but that's the one I had time to read. Unfortunately I'll have to get my mom to register the card for me because you have to be 18. My mom already has a normal visa, does anybody know if she can register one of these too? Anybody have one of these?
Any info is greatly appreciated. |

| Re: Can someone explain paypal account please You can also get a paypal debit card (I have one) that you can use anywhere VISA is accepted, so you can use the money in your paypal account anywhere. |

| Re: Can someone explain paypal account please You can also have a bank account linked to the PayPal account and it is called a Verified account. They can take money directly out of your bank account to pay for things and pay you directly into your bank account when you want the money back out of the Pay Pal account. I only do business through PayPal because the financial information from BOTH parties is kept secret and not passed back and forth. It makes things a lot more secure. It does cost a very small fee to use them to collect money from other people but nothing to pay other people.
