That is so rude to be expecting to do business here and to treat the military in such a manner! I am outraged and I did note that the website of the company has been cancelled. I wonder if they have been receiving mail...

I remember when this happened... the guy that replied was fired and the company took down their website because of hate mail they received... and rightfully so!!!!

I do not support the war in Iraq, but this war is NOT our troops' fault. That is why I am always with our troops. They are just doing what they're told. They're patriots. They didn't start this war, and the company's response was TERRIBLE. Even though I don't support this war, I'd send them anything they asked me for if I were working in this company. They should have sent them anything they needed for FREE. While the idiot from the company is sitting in his comfortable chair in front of his computer, the soldier is putting his life on the line.

How much more selfish can people get?
