hey

so i am starting out and after about three daysi have had four losses & three that were uncalled for or out of nowhere. Yocko (male betta) looked kinda sick and the other three wereall albino's. George (angel fish) was healthy a few hours go but when i got back from coffee was not alive, and my two albino rainbow sharks (tip & top) both caved one this morning and one this evening...

... are they, albino's, weaker or not fit to be in the tank when it is in its first month? could i have seen it coming? should i have a tank for traeting fish of illnesses and are these illnesses that common?

i took the fish that died back to the store as they have a 4 week "return policy"...i explained it all to them and they said that the water pH and everything was all normal and did not see any reason other than being stressed out, yet they couldnt explain what could have done it...so i am not sure what to think about all this.

is there something that to this that i am not getting or doing?

Do you test your water? What are your ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate readings? Is your tank cycled?
