1/ It's over at 7pm

2/ Entertainment is a Tupperware demonstration.

3/ Instead of dropping 'The Ball', someone drops a coconut off the rooftop, starts to try to sing 'Auld Lang Syne'.. and promptly falls off the roof (true story unfortunately).

4/ Host announces it's time to put on the robes and join the mothership.

5/ 2006 has officially asked to have nothing to do with it.

I will probably spend the evening with the little ones and a good movie and watch the fireworks around the world when they start coming on the TV with the fish as they enjoy a good TV experience too. After a supper of oyster stew (a tradition that I do not discuss with the aquatic part of the family being from Cape Cod originally.)
