This is the 29 gallon aquarium. It's really to heavy to lift the tank and carry it to the bath tub. I cleaned it with wet paper towels, inside and out, but the thing is that I added water and there's still dust floating and dust at the bottom. Dust isn' that harmful right? Will the tetra whisper power filter get rid of the dusts? It just bothers me to see the dust for some reason.

Is it just dusty or is the substrate dusty?

If you have dust accumulating on your water's surface in the tank, that may mean not enough surface agitation (good surface agitation is attained through good filtration and good water circulation via airstones or powerheads).
