It isn't always 3 hours, sometimes 4 ,5 or 6. Everytime I log in, there seems to be a new member, but now there seems to be no new members. Probably because of Thanksgiving?

Yes but they don't usually stay once they get their questions answered, though some stay, it's gowing a lot though.
