Just finished doing some tank maintanance, i was preening my plants and running my fingers along the long leaves of my plants and there was this little like insect crawling on the underside of the leaves, it was about 1cm long and although it was crawling i guess it looked like it coulda swam, it had antenae i think too.

I tried to catch a quick pic as it was in no hurry to move but i couldnt find my phone

What is it please? Any ideas, it looked maybe kinda shrimpy

Bit scary though. Any thoughts much appreciated!

A snail? If you have any live plants that you've bought recently, you could have brought a snail (or snails) together with the plants - it happens a lot with live plants.

I am guessing that it is a shrimp.
