If you want to check whether the fish species is listed on this website, go to:
http://www.fishlore.com/TropicalFishProfiles.htm. Otherwise, you can just search the web for "Glass Catfish" and a lot of information should come up. From what I have read about this fish, it is a schooling species, which means these fish do best when kept in groups of around 6 at least. I wouldn't keep them in anything smaller than 30 gallons. They should also be provided with a lot of hiding spots as they may be shy. Don't put them with any aggressive species in one tank, they're very peaceful and likewise need peaceful tankmates. They also need a good diet and good water quality, meaning varied food (containing not only a variety of flakes but also brine shrimp and bloodworms), and meaning regular water changes to keep the water free of, or very low in, nitrates.
