Vinegar Test Results

Okay ... I have done as instructed: I poured a couple of drops of vinegar on each of my rocks. Not one fizzled. The vinegar I used was "Heinz distilled white vinegar". The rocks are supposed to fizzle immediately upon pouring the vinegar, right? If so, nothing fizzled here. Does that mean my rocks are safe to use? Just boil them well, and they're ready?
