I've heard nothing but complaints from people who have ordered from them. Livestock in muddy water, dead fish, dead plants, dead inverts, and their money back policy sucks. You don't actually get any money back, you get a credit towards another purchase. So if you don't order from them again (and who would), you lose your money. I avoid them like the plague.
