I'm sorry you were so closely affected by this, and I'm sorry that we brought such memories back.
This is part of the reason I try to keep it as "just a day." Like Slug said, many people still mourn or have fears surrounding the day, and while those who witnessed it firsthand have a reason to do so, most of us, who were across the country, should not still be grieving. Here in MN, there is
still talk about planes crashing into the IDS Center or the Mall of America. It's something that should be watched for, but Homeland Insecurity is using the day to keep us afraid. Wary is good, but constant fear is numbing, which negates wariness.
