Can someone please tell me - swordtail ID

What kind of swordtail this is? My husband saw it at the LFS today and being i love swordtails he thought he would be nice and get it for me. To be honest i have never seen one that looked like this and have no idea what type it is. I was hoping someone here could help me.

Hi mary_75

Welcome to Fish Lore. Sorry, I can't ID your fish for you, but I'm sure someone here, can.

We're glad you found it too! Good luck.

It is a black Berlin swordtail.
We have a tank of them here in my and CWC's fishhouse.

Nice to meet another swordtail lover.
Of our 170 tanks, probably 20 of them have swordtails.

Yeah, Ross (CWC) and I love them.
We have 9 of the 23 recognized species and quite a few of the hobby strains ( hybrids).

I love them but i don't have very many I have the black Berlin a couple regular orange and black and then just a couple days ago i got a really pretty light orange one with long fins. I plan on getting more of the sweet babies as soon as i get some of the other fish out of my 55 gal. I can't wait i would love to see a tank full of them swimming around .
