You have to get a mod to ban you. If you just want to change your username, there used to be a little button that did that but I can't find it.

Send Mike a PM letting him know what you want to do.
If you just want to change your name, he can easily do that. Otherwise, I'm sure he'll puzzle out how to do whatever you need.
