My bf is out getting a brand new 55g for my Africans. A store across town has a sale, 55g kit for $180 tax included. Cheaper than Walmart.
We can set up tonight too. The 33g can be drained into a tub and buckets & buckets of water which have sitting out since I set up the fish room. We have lots seeding filter media the gravel from the 33g can go in, plus we need to get more crushed coral to raise the the
pH. The 5 6 fish can stay in the tub with a filter until we get the 55g set up and running and all readings are where they should be for the Malawi cichlids.
Then I'll have the 33g to grow out baby cichlids. Finally I am happy with fish keeping again.
No more parasite.
