I bought 6 Arcuatus Corys for my 50G tank and 3 Metae Corys for my 10G as a tankmate for my betta. Can all the Corys live together? I am concerned that my Betta is pigging out on the Cory's food and she's going to overeat. I feed her first and then feed the Corys with Veggie pellets that fall to the bottom. It doesn't matter if they are flakes or pellets, she plows through them.

I don't see the same behavior from the Metaes as I do with the Arcuatus. The Arcuatus are all over the tank almost like a circus act. The Metaes are mostly on the bottom of the tank. Tank difference: 50G - gravel and 10G sea glass.

So, I thought it may be a good idea to move them over to the other tank and leave the Betta on her own.

Yes, they can share the tank.
They probably will not school together.
But, you may luck out.
