Can some one please tell me a way or ways of stopping fish constipation, this morning i found 1 of my otos dead due to severe constipation poor lil guy

I'd evaluate the food I was feeding them and the amount.
I give my betta pea treats once a week and I understand that daphnia works well too.

More natural foods, I would think, would help that. Same with humans who eat over-processed foods sometimes suffer constipation. Dark leafy greens are great sources of fiber.
