anyone know of any good places in my area (new brunswick canada) or a very reliable place that i can order them from? if ordering can someone explain to me the process? like if i order 5 am i to expect only 3 to make it or something and would i have to go pick them up somewhere or would it be purolated to my house.. anyways thanks in advance for the help!

I can't tell you about good places to order from or to buy from, since I'm in the US, but I can explain the shipping procedures.

You should not expect any of the fish to be dead on arrival, especially if you shell out for 1-day service. It does happen sometimes, but if it was a 40% death rate, nobody would order fish online.

Buy from people who have a good reputation (some of our other Canadian members may be able to help you with this), because this means that they have a high success rate.
