Stocking a 30 gallon

I'm not a beginner as far as keeping fish, but I guess I like to have a lot of them at once in one tank lol. I was just wondering if anyone had a recommendation for my current setup (30 gallon heavily planted) as far as if its overstocked.....

3 pygmy gouramis
3 otos
2 panda corys
6 harlequin rasbora

I dont see much to change here. You have picked some fish for upper, midlevel, and bottom levels of the tank, which is good, so there is movement in all levels of the tank. all are compatible and should do very well together. But watch out for the gouramis, no matter how small they are, they can still be somewhat aggressive among similar look fish (other gouramis) so keep an eye on them.

You should up the levels of the cories, that way they should be more active. I dont follow the 1" per gallon rule, you gotta take into consideration filtration, oxygen levels, and how much waste each fish produces. you could probably get away with adding more harlequins if you keep up with the maintinence and you are careful not to overfeed. some people might disagree with me, but thats just the way I see it.
