I am feeling better in terms of no fever, and aches. But my breathing is for the birds as a resp therapist I know these drugs (albuterol/xopenex) should last 3-4 hours... I am making it at times 30 min between needing them. I cannot take reg cold/flu meds because I am on a med that makes them all contraindicated, so I have no choice but to tuff it out.
I am taking the mucinex, breathing tx, and using an inhaler, on top of the antibiotics...
I am def going back to the
DOC tomm for a steroid shot.
My husband has the fever/chills/aches I had for 4 days. So now he is down for I don't know how long.
This by far is the worst bug I have seen in a long time in the summer! This is also the longest my fish have ever went w/o a
water change (they have hit 6 days today) So tomm I will have to make time for that no matter how I feel.
Luckily the kids are still un affected (it would put my 2 year old in the hospital).
On a positive note, our new doggie (molly) is fitting in great, she is already whinning to go out for the bathroom, and is sleeping in the bed w/ me already.
