Snails !!!

Hi folks,

I have just noticed that I have snails in two of my tanks. There are larvae on the glass of my 100 litre tank and full grown snails in my 60 litre tank. They are ramshorn snails. I would like to get rid of these but would like to use a fish to get rid of them rather than adding chemicals. So I suppose my question is what fish are best for eating snails. Would love clown loach but they are too big for these tanks but any other fishie suggestions would be greatly appricited.

Thanks loads for yer help !!

Dwarf puffers are good but they can't eat very big snails and they aren't good community fish : \

Loaches like snails, kuhli loaches may be the best choice if you have the available bioload room, but what fish are in those tanks?

Sounds like both tanks are pretty close to fully stocked and while you could put a trio of kuhli's in for a temporary thing if you did more frequent water changes, then you'd have the problem of them needing a tank when they finished off the snails.
