I was going through craigslist and I found one for like 60.00 and it even matches the wood in my kitchen, stand and all.. its about 30 gallons... just big enough for her and the babies when she spits them out... I am going to go get it this weekend (hoping to goodness this person still has it!) I am going to have to throw away some pink gravel, and girly decor and replace it w/ crushed coral and rock.. but I can work w/ it.. I already have a filter to fit it.. all I will have to buy is a heater and we're ready to go! Theres a

This is my first holding female ever!!! I am so excited about this! I should have already bought a tank for this purpose since I had planned for them to pair up... I guess I know exactly why chaos has went on in the tank for the past week! the male kenyi had been so aggressive towards everything...
Shes so cute w/ the eggs in her mouth... its the first time I have seen it other than in pictures...
If anyone has any tips for caring for her so I can make everything easy on her I know she will get so stressed! She is my fav out of the whole tank so I don't think I could handle anything happening to her, I don't think I could replace her she was the first one in the tank, and she was my first cichlid to eat out of my hands... shes super friendly w/ me...
Oh yea, if I have this correct I need to move her a week before she is ready to release right?
