unfortunately my other dwarf frog died today as well : \

he had this white fuzz all over him so I thought he was "shedding" but when I stuck my eye dropper in to feed him some blood worms I noticed his arms and legs were blood red and he didn't even flinch when the dropper got near him so I gently poked him and he didn't move :[[[

and idea what might have been wrong with him

I haven't really had any trouble with my adf's but I have heard that they do have issues with the acidity of the water, is their a chance your water could have had a pH drop? Or the white fuzz could have been a fungus? I am honestly at a loss, the only way I have lost adf's is the pair I had 2 years before this pair escaped and died on the floor of my boys room. (and I am saying I must be lucky to had them as long as I did then because at that time I didn't know anything about checking water parameters and I was very lazy about upkeep on the aquarium).

It sounds like it may have been septicemia or something like that. The fungus probably grew after he died. we're sorry that you lost him too.

I had one ADF turn bright red and died shortly after I got him

about a month later I had one that got bloat poor little guy turned white and tripled in size

I still have 2 healthy ones that Have been in there the longest
