Wow, this was really bad but petco sold me a dead apple snail... i just bought it and assumed it was scared until i got it home acclimated it and put it into my tank when i realized it was dead.... the next day i returned it and all went well and i got a new one which is very lively ( got a black mystery this time which was more expensive but i think the guy felt bad that he sold me adead snail ).

lol i feel like an idiot but now im happy that my new snail is cool

yeah, they are evil, but still that's funny...
I would (as with Walmart) immensely enjoy suing them, and petsmart, for animal cruelty. The bettas they have are kept in the tiny cups with less than an inch of filthy water, colored blue for some reason it looks like they are dead bettas preserved in formaldehyde or something. Most are dead, and they are stacked on top of each other so they can't breathe. I wonder how often, if at all, they feed the fish and clean the cups?
