I'm 16 today and it is great!
I love it and now there will be so many new things for me to be able to do.
I'm gonna be going to Petsmart soon to apply for a job. People at these places are either so unsocial or they don't know half of what they are talking about. Some though are good and that is what I hope to be!

i know exactly what you mean i feel the same way. i mean im not a fish genus, but i could help get poeple started and give them some good basic info on many fish.. like i mean i have alot to learn but some of the people there, you ask them for a fish and they dont even know what it is. but that can also be because alot of them go between all departments and fish might not be there thing.but i was reading online that you should be able to care for all animals and theres no way im sticking my hand in the tank with a creepy snake in it. well happy bday anyways.

Happy 16th. Hope you had a good one, and I hope you remember this day, it is a milestone. It was only 5 years ago that I was 16, and I can say from experience, life changes a lot in the next 4-5 years, so enjoy it every step of the way. In the end it is the journey that counts, not where you end up, because we all end up the same.

ya so far I've gotten books with my birthday and christmas gift cards to boost my knowledge.
I went to borders yesterday and found three books, all pretty well the same in size and info. Of course, me being as cheap as I am bought the least priced one but it still has all the great info I need on specific fish.
