30 degrees and snow on and off all day here today. Maybe 2" on the ground, but mostly on the grass, since the roads and sidewalks are still a bit warm. Going to be a mess tomorrow morning, though, when this all freezes.

We probably have at least a foot of snow on the ground now, if not more. I just got in from shoveling. Thermometer says 10 F but I think it's colder.

a loverly 56 degrees and a clear, starry sky here in SC. Was sitting outside by the fire earlier. I love the weather here. Would never choose to deal with snow again.

At this rate, we might have a Christmas in shorts with the a/c on. Speaking of A/C, I've had to put the a/c on just to eat gumbo a couple times this season.

LOL when you run in 94degrees on fair grounds, through horse barns and on horse race tracks, I'm still don't like hott weather.

An update for my weather here.
4:45(my time) it is pitch black out
have about 2' of light fluffy snow
and is -30C and -40 with the windchill and a windchill warning out to only stay outside for a couple of minutes unless completelt covered.
Oh ya, and the roads are just pavement then ice and really loose snow, so it is terrible driving conditions.

No, just 7 out of the 12 months usually. That is why we got the nickname of Winterpeg instead of Winnipeg. lol Our saying is, 'If you can survive a full year in Winnipeg, you can almost outstand anything'. lol Oh, the temp just went up by 2C since I last heard it. By the way, I am only about 1-2 hours from the border to North Dakota, so we aren't that far north.

We play football from July to the end of October, any weather conditions, snow, rain, sleet, hail, just not if there is lightning.
