Went to a new LFS and seen this:

175G Oceanic tank. Complete, running everything included including fish for $1700.

Tank seems a bit overstocked.

I thought the same thing too when I first seen it too. I asked why they were selling it at that price and he said he didn't know why his boss out that price tag on it. Tank itself is nice, but I'm fond of bow front tanks too.

Seeing that Leporinus in there so big was amazing. Hoping mine will end grow to be that large.

They get close to a foot in length.

That picture doesn't do the tank justice far as size, nor the fish. That lep was close to about 10" long, if not longer. It was seriously overstocked if you would see it in person and see the size of the fish. Mine has a long way to go to see 12" in length, being it is only about 3-4" long.

it's a great looking tank & stand.. but my first thought was "overstocked". looking at the other replies, i see that's a common reaction. I wonder about compatibility too and would think the Leporinus would be happy to have more plants.
