MY Glass hood is turning white???
so i have a glass hood on My 50 gallon and its getting the white build up on it which i think may be affecting my plant growth should i not worry about it?or what can i do to clean it?

It is a calcium buildup from water splashed onto it.
It can be cleaned off using vinegar.
Rinse it VERY well before putting it back on the tank.

because it wouldn lower the pH if vinagre got into the tank right?

Correct and sudden pH shifts are not good for fish.
