Well update is that the tank is doing well, water is clean and clear and fish are alive and happy. Other Update is I actually picked up a part time job at a tropical fish store. Okay so I am actually going to be their reptile expert on hand but you should see their saltwater species collection!! its absolutely amazing! I have never seen so many saltwater species, corals, rocks and inverts. Their reptile collection is quite nice as well. anyway I will probably be on here asking questions about stuff I need to know but that will probably be in saltwater forum! have a good day.

Congrats on your job at the fish store! how kewl is that!!!
When I mentioned to my husband about getting a job at a LFS chain, he said that no doubt I would be spending my whole check there on payday and I would end up having to ask him for gas money just to get there! LOL hes probably right about that! heheh...

no its not aqua zoo...besides them being the only place in town with bio-spira I thought their shop looked dirty and unapealing, and they were pretty rude to boot.

yea, i totally agree. i didn't really feel like going back after our first visit to one of their shops. the tanks were in bad shape, which made us decide not to buy any fish there. where's Ocean Reef Pets at?

yeah I got that same feeling from Aqua Zoo, wouldn't let my son by any fish there. Ocean reef pets is on atlantic about 4 lights before you get to 3rd street. Not only is a great looking store with a great selection, the Owner/manager is super nice...he pretty much made a job just for me...so I am very gratefull

Congrats on the new job! As soon as February creeps up on us, I'll be bugging my LFS for the job they promised me around 9 or 10 years ago! I'm liking the possibility of store discount and free fry too.

aaargh! sounds like the store we were looking for! even biospira! if only we'd known about it when we lived in st.auggie.. all we had in st.auggie was a petco, and we'd have gladly driven up to your store. your store should eat aquazoo for lunch!
