I am asking if there are any gamers here if they have played silent hill 2 cause I am stuck on a lock puzzle ?

also would be nice to know some of your opinions about the film since I have notice alot of the elements come from the second game and little from the first?

My favorite site for video games is http://www.gamespot.com. Search for the game, and you could either check out the forum or look under the Hints & Cheats tab. People post walkthroughs and stuff.

Haven't played either of the games yet, but in addition to gamespot, you might want to check gamefaqs.com. Lots of games have full walkthroughs on there.

I have beaten that puzzle and I am on my way to beating the game now, man is it a scary game I always thought resident evil was the scariest game ever but this game has all of the resident evil games beat hands down.

Silent Hill 2 is the best in the series to me. The puzzles were all well done but difficult enough to require a walkthrough. I needed one to get through some of them. I enjoyed most of them but I still think Resident Evil series > Silent Hill series.

Me and my brother got into a arguement the other day about which one is scarier. I think silent hill is more scarier since it deals with an unkown threat where as resident evil all you fight is zombies and a variety of biological en hanced creatures. Resident evil the game just tries to make these things appear more horrific by using the camera or music. silent hill is scary cause it is more pshycological and the creatures insead of you focusing on how to kill them you spend more time figuring out what it is and where it comes from, like in SH4 to me scares me more than this game cause of the fact some of the enemies you cannot kill.The music is another thing sometimes it doesnt even sound like music at all but something other worldly,I use to think resident evil was the scariest game ever until I saw SH the movie and then I picked up the fourth game and now I am interested in the series.
