I had a dream last night that freaked me out SOO much I thought it was real...

For some reason, my tank was sitting in the sink. I think I was filling it up with more water, doing a w.c. (obviously NOT how I do a real water change, but whatever, it's a dream). I left it for a second and came back and it was overflowing with suds!! Dish detergent spilled into the tank!! The fish were floating and I remember having one of my otos sucking on my finger all deformed and shaking!! I freaked out, dumped out the whole tank into the sink.. and the fish went too!! I tried to fill it back up with good water but the fish ALL went down the drain!! I killed my whole tank.

I woke up and FREAKED out. Ran down to my tank and everyone was fine. Thank goodness!!! What a scary dream!

Oh, I totally dream of fish. I often dream of the same imagined fish store where there is a special section of special bright amazing made-up fish that once you proved you had a good mature tank they would let you buy. My favorite was the time I dreamed I was at that store in my nightgown.

Your dream wasn't as bad as mine (or as funny). I once dreamed that my Angelfish started flying out of my tank and I was trying to catch them with my fish net! LOL They were waving their fins like angels wave their wings, lol, and they were flying all over my room, haha!

Fish dreams/nightmares!!.. laugh it up all you want, but my quartet of upside-down catfish once paid me a visit in my dreams crawling across the floor, up onto my bed and, dunno what they planned to do next, I literally flew out of bed nearly knocking my bedroom tv off it's stand!!.. used to be, spiders stalking me in my sleep would do that to me, but my own fish??!!

Seriously though, I can't believe I'm the only fishlorean who's had a sleepless night/nightmares dealing with sick fish!.. c'mon 'fess up.

lol.. yea, i've had some nights where i'd have one dream after another about the fish.. usually when there was a lot of fish issues going on and all that stuff rattles around upstairs and comes out at night.

omg i got scared just reading that!! :P i have dreams all the time where my bettas get stuck and die and turn grey - cuz thats what happened to Aqua and she was a blue fish but when she was dead she was grey!! i nearly vomited and i went into fish death shock.... but anyway i have dreams about them dieing and like they get stuck and die and turn grey or they get out of their tank and get di\ried up and grey and when i wake up im scared to look at them and when i wake up i nearly vomit. its HORRIBLE!!!!
