To those unaware this will be an el Natural NPT set up using Diana Walstad's methods.

Busy busy weekend. I had to postpone setting up my column tank for the bedroom because the bedroom I decided to tile at last minute. I pulled out the carpet Friday and repainted the bedroom. Yesterday I layed down the tiles and today I am currently doing the grouting between the cracks. Tomorrow morning it should be dried then I am moved back in along with my 47 column.

While at Home Depot buying the tiles and paint I purchased a huge bag of Miracle Grow Organic Choice Potting Mix, 4 small clay pots to pot some of the plants that I won't be putting directly into the substrate, another 5 gallon bucket and some rocks for decorations.

Online I ordered some planted substrate from AquariumPlants.com in amazonian color (I decided on that instead of Flourite), and I have ordered a light fixture from CatalinaAquarium.com that will give me well over 2wpg.

Tomorrow I am going to set the tank and stand near the bedroom window and pour the Miracle Grow and let it air until my substrate arrives THEN (after rinsing it in a bucket) I can pour that over it and fill it with water.

It all starts tomorrow and I'm excited. I'll keep updated with pics until it's complete with the angels, tetras, cories and plants.
