shrimp are scavengers and will eat ANYTHING they can fit in their mouth just about ...even one of their own if it dies or is weaker than the others..

We had chickens once, and they would fight over left over chicken pieces. I think that's stranger than shrimp eating shrimp. As Shawnie said, that's what they do. Are chickens scavengers too? Sorry, didn't mean to hijack the thread, just thinking out loud....

Ummmmmmm.....Just had to lol....BTW, the baby in the snail was alive when he caught it! Not sure about the big fish eating the little guy....Both these were lucky shots! Sad, but lucky shots!
