My hubby has been on a job for a week and they were doing some remodeling for this older couple. Well the lady was just super nice and really liked what they were doing. They got to talking and of course they ended up talking about fish....told ya he had MTS too just won't admit it. Well this lady sent him home with a between 10-15 gallon bowfront with all accessories and a 55 gallon long with all the accessories. Now the icing on the cake of all this was the huge PYTHON she sent home with him. I am a bucket person for cleaning thanks to a septic tank and I usually hook the hose up to my faucet for refills...kind of a pain but I have made it work. Now I have a switch to turn the water off and on and I don't have to mop my floors right after water changes. FISH GODS are watching over me. I must have been really good lately...LOL.

yesterday i posted a notice on our community bulletin board asking if anyone had any tanks or supplies they wanted to part with to contact me.
well, this morning, this guy comes in (to my work) and says, "so, what do you want to catch?"
im like, "what?"
he misread my note and thought i wanted "fishing supplies"-like to go fishing for fishies!!!
where in the heck are MY FREE tanks

I knew you guys would love that. We always have to share the good news along with the bad...hopefully more good than bad. Oh the bowfront is up and running right now. I just had to do a partial water change on most of my tanks last night ummmm they looked like they needed it and I had to make sure the Python worked! I have never filled tanks up that fast and without a great big mess. I have to do some rearranging to get the 55 in here for now...can you say running out of space? And yes I need that fish room even more now. Those two bedrooms my kids "used" to have will become one nice fish room...WHOOOO HOOOO!! Of course my son is back at home but he made the den and sunroom kind of his apartment so to speak. I feel like a little kid at Christmas!!!

I know I have not posted any pics yet but if you don't know I am on dialup. I hope to get some extras today and go to my sisters to upload from my laptop from there before the weekend is over. Right now my diningroom and living room walls are all lined with tanks...and the iron stands have tanks on top and bottom.

Oh and Tommy asked me last night what I was going to put in these new tanks so there I go in my mind moving things around again of course. But I am going to have some empties so we have to come up with some ideas and I know some of you will be glad to help me with that. I told him not to worry I would figure out something to put in them ASAP.
