Did you know that the official state fish of Hawaii is called the Humuhumukununukuapua? It means "fish with a pig's nose" in Hawaiian and for reasons unknown to even the smartest marine biologist.

I just read that on Facebook, and it is true.

The wikipedia page does say that they are called reef triggerfish. But I think the hawaiian name is much funnier, although I have no clue how to actually pronounce it.
