| Oh, I love baking. I spent all last week making these three layer mint choclolate brownie bars for my friends as Christmas presents, and I come home yesterday to find my mom has served every last one of them to her friends at her holiday party. GAHHH!!! I was so ticked off. She was like all 'Oh, honey, its not like they would have kept, hey need to be refrigerated!" Well heres some news- I take two minutes to walk to school and pass them out to my friends, who put them in their lockers. And since its like 20 degrees outside, there is no risk of the cookies spoiling until lunch.
EDIT: Wow, I just read back that thing, I totally ranted! haha... |

| Ever made coffe cake? I made a 2 layer coffe cake, and in 2-3 days it was gone. I just made it too! O well, at least Justy wasn't over, it would have been gone in 30 minutes if he got his way. Last edited by Betta_dude; December 17th, 2008 at 05:55 PM.

| I love nonsensical physics. ie once I had a two hour long discussion about how to increase the potential speed of my friend's computer by placing it in a complete vaccuum (complete except for the molecules in the computer) created by knitting a scarf out of superstrings and wrapping it around a black hole. The lack of particles to vibrate and therefore have heat inside the vaccuum would mean that the computer would become very chilled, hopefully approaching absolute zero. The basis of this discussion was that electricity increases speed as the temperature approaches absolute zero. The problem with this plan was that in order to carry it out we would first have to unravel the Universe to get the superstrings, which would probably prove detrimental to my knitting needles.
I knit, sew, embroider, and cross stitch... most people are cool with that but I've had others look at me and go, "My grandma doesn't even do that anymore!" |

| "I like listening to books on tape. Especially when the person reading the story is english. There voices are really relaxing. I like the way the voices are different for each character. My friends think I'm nuts. "
you should listen to the harry potter series read by Stephen Fry. I think you will like them |

| I've been riding horses for 8ish years. I don't mean I ride around my backyard or take lessons on push-button horses at a hunter barn; I down and dirty ride eventing horses. That's not the strange part. I know more about horses than almost anyone wants to know. Pony Club requires you to learn SO MUCH veterinary information... by the time you rate "HA," you might as well BE a vet. Yeah. So no one wants to listen to me once I open my mouth starting with the word "horse" ....I go to college so I don't ride anymore... long story.
I guess you could say I'm different because I'm a lesbian (Not weird, just different.) But I have a great group of friends now so it's cool.
Hmm this is hard! Maybe I can come up with more later... |

| Hehe serissime I'm a horse nut too. I lease a horse, am a counselor at ranch camp, volunteer at therapeutic riding programs, and all my jeans are permanently mud stained...........and I drive a truck and listen to country which is more than enough to get me some really weird looks considering I have the misfortune to currently be living in the middle of a suburb (yuck....no offense to any suburbanites)
Besides that I'm a bit of a science geek, I tend to freak people out with my explanations for things. What else, I love traveling to other countries, learning languages, trying strange food etc. I write stories for fun in my spare time. Oh and I READ |
