What are my angels doing?

Hi everyone.
I had a pair of angels a month ago, they still together, but they never attack or flirt even touch each other.
Now after more than a month, they are touch, attack and (I think) kissing.
Is it safe to keep them together? because one of them lose a part of her top fin.
Are they flirting or fighting?
Would they breed? and what should I do for that?
You can see them in the wmv file attached.(my baby sound at the background).

My tank:
1 guppy, 1 java plant, 2 angels.
75 Liter.

i dont see your video....if there is fin damage, and they are causing it to one another, its probably not mating and its bullying....20 gals is a tight fit if your angels are not a breeding pair....

i combined your threads mosleh as only one is needed..those both look like males to me and in a 20 gal tank, thats not going to work for them both in there..you either need to return one or get a bigger tank asap before one gets killed good luck!

ii agree ,they are not pairing off u can tell by the way they are with each other. if they are pairing off they will swim around one another but if they are fighting they will make sharp movements to each other with there mouth picking at each other ...

Honestly I don't see overt aggression in your video. I don't know if you have two males, two females or a pair. My paired off Angelfish (I have two pairs) display this type of behavior prior to mating. I see no fins damaged there.

I would keep an eye on them while keeping a "plan B" at hand (either dividing the tank or setting another tank to separate them if needed be).
