Here's a video of my bettas. This one's especially dear to me because it's the only video of Rodya that I have. Sorry about the low quality. I think this show's Rodya's beautiful coloring and cute personality and face pretty well though.

Thanks Lucy. It was last week sometime, probably Thursday or something, when Rodya was still looking very healthy.

Yeah, he looked wonderful, but then one day BAM he's horribly sick. It came on so suddenly. But I'm glad I have this video, so I can remember him at his best, and how cute he was.

i noticed you have a divided tank. We were considering dividing our ten gal in half, but thought the betta's would spend too much time flaring at each other through the divider and get stressed out. Do yours attempt to fight much?

Well, if you can see the dark blue one in the video, he was twice the size of my other boys, and he got across the divider and ripped half the fins off of my Donovan. At the moment I only have Donovan and Emerson in there, and they don't fight at all, even though Donovan is a showy little guy. Just be careful that you position your divider right so that they don't get across. I accidentally bumped it a bit a few days ago, and I found Emerson swimming around on Donovan's side. They didn't attack each other though. And if they are sitting at the divider flaring, you can usually fix that by putting lots of plants against one side of the divider to distort the view.
