Nitrogen Cycle

Does anyone know of a aquarium filter that completes the nitrogen cycle?

Welcome to Fish Lore
A filter won't actually complete the cycle. The bacteria that grows on the filter media is what completes the cycle.
The more surface area you have, the more places for the bacteria to grow.

Your aquarium age is listed as 6...6 what?

Another Sales Pitch (misconception) with the Name. It still needs to establish nitrfying bacteria as with any other filters on the market.

Are talking about the HiQ-USA Zero water change System? sirdarksol has a blog on fishlore about a test he did with this system in conjunction with HiQ support.

Although have used Denitrating System w/ peristaltic pump with doser to keep nitrate at bay but I sure like to get my hands on to try. Like to know their concepts behind the products. Maybe utilizing facultative anaerobic bacteria in oxygen rich water?

On one early thread sirdarksol mentioned possible use of a strain of Lactobacillus sp.:
Gram-positive, facultative, anaerobic. So you maybe right.

Unless new hypothesis is avail. dont see a link b/n Lactobacillus with denitrifyers which are anaerobic, essential condition to produce required enzyme, nitrase reductase, in order to reduce NO3 to N2. Just remembered that such reduction process may produce NO2 before complete reduction to N2.
W/O looking for microbio books, Dont know if I still have them collecting dust somewhere, I am bit curious how filter's mechanism works as i am the one who like to search for answers (more i know, better judgements can be derived, imho). Lactose/sugar with muscle cells, lactic acids and fermentation, do remember somewhat but w/ denitrification, cant seemed to make a connection, unless food source for dentrifying bacteria?
Maybe Ill drop them a mail.
If it does what it says it does w/o destablizing other parameters, It wil be wonderful product for many hobbyist since it is very cost effective when compared to Fancy Denitrator around $2000 (well, meant whole system) and save tons of money on salt for S/W system.

Lactobacillus fermentum and Lactobacillus plantarum are discussed in this article for NO production. "but the NO was found to be chemically derived from nitrite, which was produced by L. fermentum from nitrate present in the medium. Indeed all L. fermentum strains express nitrate reductase under anaerobic conditions". My assumption and i could be way off base, but sirdarksol made reference to possible use of L bacillus strain in this system. When i read up on L bacillus - this article indicated that these two strains under anearobic conditions convert nitrate to nitirite, which in a closed loop system - the existing nitrifying bacteria of nitrosomas and nitrobacter would then use. Somewhere else i read an article that L Bacilllus was short lived.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11549028

But of course i could easily be wrong.
