20 US gallons would convert to about 16.66 UK gallons.

20 UK gallons would be about 24.02 US gallons.

Oh, lol, that's no problem.

I think the price question depends on a lot of things, like whether it it's a kit, a tank alone, if it has a hood, what the dimensions are etc.
