I need new Nitrate, ammonia , etc. testing equipment and i was wondering what would be better. I used to have the Test Strips, there were a lot of strips but most of them did not give an accurate reading, so i was looking at either getting a different brand or getting the drop tests which is the better buy

I use the API master kit, it's very reliable and highly recommended by a lot of members.

Liquid testing is more accurate than strips. The API master FW kit can be bought at almost any store, including online stores where it tends to be cheaper. Online, $15-20.. at the stores, more like $35-40. Although petsmart should honor their online price if you take a printout to the store.

If you go to PetSmart they'll match their on-line prices, just print the page out and take it with you.
PetCo won't, don't know about Walmart.
