My 10 gallon tank's glass is slightly bulging out at the top of the tank. It bulges enough that the plastic top support bows in the front and back of the tank. I'm worried because the plastic support no longer lines up parallel with the hood, because of the bow. Should I worry, can I reinforce the tank with sturdier plastic or metal supports?

A glass tank is bulging? That's odd, especially in such a small tank. If you're sure that it's the glass that's bulging (and not the plastic parts getting warped somehow), it would probably be a good idea to get a new tank. When glass starts deforming, it's only a matter of time before it gives.
