I'm looking for either a black sand, or something like this for my tank.

I don't think I'll be using real plants, but silk ones.

Just want something nice for my bottom feeders.

Tahitian Moon sand comes in black. You should be able to find it at your LFS or these guys sell it:

Some folks use 3m colorquartz in black. I can't find it in my area.
You may be able to use the "where to buy" button and find a pool place that sells it in your area:
