Quickcrete Play or HTH Pool Filter Sand?

Hi, I have HTH pool filter sand and Quickcrete Play sand. Which is better for my fish tanks?

The pool filter sand is highly recommended where as play sand is not at all recommended. Play sand has a high clay content and will turn into cement.

I assume my otos will be good with pool filter sand?

yep

i have cories in pool filter sand and they do wonderfully, they sift and dig around in it all the time and have very sensitive barbels, so your otos should be good
