How do you make waves in the gravel??

I seen a few of you have waves in your gravel. It looks awsome. But how do you do it please let me know! Thanks!!!! Winter

I'm not positive what you're talking about, but many zen gardeners use rakes to make waves in gravel. They even sell rakes for bonsai setups. You could use those.

what i mean by waves is when you looking straight at the tank the gravel is wavy ~~~~~~~~~

That happens naturally over time. Specially with bigger fish. The fish stir the sand around and it will settle into the least disturbed areas creating hills. It is factored in by where you have stuff placed in your tank since that will create slower water flow areas.

You don't really vacuum the sand, you only vacuum the gunk on the surface of the sand.
