A different gravel mixing question

I have a 15 gal. with a gravel bottom, and at the time, it seemed like I had enough, but now from what I've read, it looks like I could use some more. So, I found some aquarium gravel in my basement (the wonders of having a dad who used to be in the hobby), so is it as simple as rinsing the gravel and then adding it? Would this cause any problems? Thanks,

Cory

It wouldn't take that long to bake it, I used to bake my hermit crabs gravel whenever I cleaned their tank.
