This may seem like a dumb question, but I can't figure out how to post pictures from files saved on my computer. I read HELP but it only shows you how to post a picture that's already on the internet. I tried it using the file location but it just doesn't seem to work. Can somebody please help me?

Below the message box there's an additional options button. Click on that and then click browse to upload a pict from a file.
