sounds great! our mahachai pair have already spent hours flirting with each other already - surprising given the extreme stress being put in a bowl with just water in a bright crowded room for 2 days, then being driven to another city in bags put on them - so we'll definitely have a use for it to make the fry happier.. you could PM me the details and any info on how to care for it and have it grow well that you've developed would be great too. we're definitely not experienced much with live plants and could use it. bulbs & 'tube plants' have been it for us until the bunch of plants we got sat. for the mahachai tank.

On a different note, mom, other than the dsl issue is the move turing out alright? I hate the impersonal feeling of a telephone.
Yes finally getting all the boxes unpacked got the property mostly cleaned up(was part of the move in deal) and now we're job hunting. I miss my fish(and friends and family ) so much although we are putting stuff (sand, gravel) in a couple of tanks in preparation of getting them going. thanks for letting me hyjack your thread
