I've recently set up a small tank....it holds around 15 litres. I'm not going to filter it as i can do frequent water changes on a tank that size. I'll definately need a heater, are there heaters available for that size tank?

This is the tank...it is bare at present, except for gravel as you can see, lan ornament and live plant at least will be added

Are you planning to put a female or male betta in the tank? Do you have a cover for it? Do you plan on putting in an airstone?

Male betta...it has a cover on it (in the pic that is)...and debating on aitstone...it has plenty of surface area for 1 betta and with frequent water changes it really shouldnt be required
